Q. Are these finished products? Will I receive an item in the mail?
A. These are digital embroidery designs. They are created for users who own an embroidery machine. You must have a machine and software in order to transfer the design. You WILL NOT receive anything in the mail. You WILL receive a download sent to your email. 

Q. What materials can be used to make the elf sweaters/elf clothes? 
A. Elf clothes need to be made with a material that has stretch and does not fray. Fleece is the recommended fabric, but others have had success with stretch knits as well. Stretch of the fabric should go across the body rather than up and down.

Q. What formats do your designs come in? 
A. Designs come in DST, HUS, JEF, XXX, PES, SEW, VIP, VP3. If you need another format  Wilcom TrueSizer has free software for saving in other formats.

Q.What size hoop do designs fit in?
A. The design hoop size is included in the description of each listing. The size indicated is the smallest hoop size and will fit in hoops larger than this size.

Q. How do I get my designs after purchasing?
A. Go to “My Account” tab and click the “Downloads” option to access your purchased design downloads. You will also receive an email immediately after you payment clears with your download links. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email. If you do not have the email, and can not log into your account, it’s very possibly you mistyped your email address. This happens often. Email me and I will do my best to locate your account in a timely fashion. 

Q. How do I contact you?
A. Please use the “Contact Us” tab on the website. Please keep in mind that I try to limit my work to regular business hours to balance my work and home life. If you have a general question, the fans on the Facebook group are often very helpful.

Q. Can I share the design I have purchased with someone else?
A. No! Design purchases are only for a single persons use. They may be used multiple times, but not shared between people. You MAY NOT sell, share, or recreate this file to anyone, or claim it to be your own. 

Q. Can I sell finished products I make with the designs?
A. Yes, you may sell items you have made using these designs.

Q. Can I use watermarked photos to gauge interest on my page/group/etc?
A. No, these photos belong to my testers and are not allowed to be used outside the site. Links to the products can be used, but it is recommended that you stitch out your own samples to give your customers and accurate representation of your own work/colors/materials.

Q. Do the designs come with instructions?
A. Yes, designs come with step by step instructions and in the case of a more complicated design, there are photo tutorials. There are also several video tutorials found in the Facebook group.

Q. If I teach a class does everyone in my class have to purchase your design? 
A. If you are teaching a class please contact me through the contact form so that we can discuss a special group price. Varies based on class size and design. You may not share a design file with your students. They must each buy their own, or you may purchase a teaching set.      

Q.I am interested if you have a sale or promotion. Where can I look for sales or coupon codes? 
A. Sales vary. I typically hold a Christmas in July sale, but others are less predictable. Please join my Facebook group to stay up to date on all sales and promotions.

  Q.I purchased the same design twice, can I get a refund? 
A. I am more than happy to issue you a store credit for your duplicate purchase.

 Q. Something is wrong with my design files What should I do? 
A. Sometimes files get corrupted when getting converted or when downloading. Delete the corrupted file from your computer, then log into your account, and re-download the file.

Q.Refunds? 
A.Due to the electronic nature of the designs, we can not offer refunds. No exceptions. Please pay attention to the design set you are ordering as you get several chances to review your order and make sure it is correct before a payment is made. It is your responsibility to know if the design will fit inside your hoop. If you resize the design to fit your hoop we can not guarantee a quality stitch out. Please pay attention that these are machine embroidery designs and NOT the finished product for sale, so you will need to have an embroidery machine to use the designs and make the products you see on the web site.

Q. Do you offer custom digitizing? 
A. At this time I do not.

Q. I forgot to enter the coupon code on my order? 
A. Coupon codes must be used at time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds, please be sure your shopping cart displays the correct total PRIOR to placing the order.
