It includes instructions as well as the PDF from the original photo instructions to show you how I like to close the bottom up! This is very simple and fast to do!!

One hooping, or two hoopings if you want a tutu all around the dress form. I showed the test stitch out of the key chain to some family and friends and immediately had orders!! I think these will make great craft fair favorites!!
